It’s the end of the day, just settling in watching the AFL.
Had a great workout today with Sione my brother in law - doing weights. My chest and biceps hadn’t fully recovered since Tuesday so today I worked on my triceps and back muscles.
Sione is a great motivator. He also likes to have someone spot him on his 100kg bench presses! We did 3 different tricep exercises - I was wasted by my 3rd set of reps,of each yet sione said ‘1 more set’ and so we did!
Feeling great, arms at feeling toned. Body doesn’t feel bloated, feeling a kind of tingly energy through my body. Looking forward still to the next 12 weeks.
Naomi and I don’t have scales at our house but i did weigh myself at the in-laws. I have a good result so far this week. I’m not going to release any number yet so stay tuned for tomorrow night! And look at the graph at the top of the page.

Yesturday I ran on the treadmill, and played basketball at night.
Just had my morning eggs and now looking forward to the days activities. Thanks for all the comments of support. I am feeling a little drained, dont have allot of energy, but I like the feeling of my body burning fat not food.

Treadmill, Sit-ups, Serious Weights with another brother in law, Swimming, and Volleyball!
Burning those calories! I feel really good, and am looking forward to bed. No headache tonight, going to sleep now.
I enjoy this blog because it is somewhere to report, and review - even if no-one is reading it!

Had a good run this morning.
I Feel like my stomach is less bloated, but i think that’s only because i didnt eat nearly as much as i normally do yesturday. Went shopping this morning and got some mince, steak, chick breast, cooked chicken and 2 sugar free jellys. Eggs were good this morning - pepper is tasty.
Time for some school work.
I have a bad head ache, I think is from a lack of sugar.
Tonight i ate a chicken salad. Looking forward to getting sleep - and removing this headache.
Well, here it goes. I plan to do reports infrequently but daily. This morning I woke up had a big glass of water and went to the local park with my brother in law. We kicked the footy around, and went for a jog around the oval. I then came home and did sit ups some arms with free weights and had another glass of water.
I am now going to have a shower and going to eat 2 eggs, onion, and a bit of cheese. Naomi is going to buy some eggs on the way home from school today. I really want to replace lunches or snacks with a protein shake. Anyone want to donate dad? haha.
Tonight i will do a 24 minute interval training jog on the treadmill.
It is sunday night 7:50pm. I have stomch-ache from eating cheap black and gold lollies a few hours ago. This is probably a good way to remember sugar, as tomorrow is the first day of my 12 weeks without one bit of any sugars.
At the time of writing this, I am still unsure whether or not i will tell my extended family and friends about this open and online diary. My public 12 weeks of self control, and hard effort to get my weight under control. Im sure if people heard im putting this all online for the world to see - they would think i’ve gone a bit crazy.
I look forward to doing this for myself, my wife, and my future kid. I need to do this now, i need to get healthly for life.
